As our sales team starting selling to more sophisticated clients and health plans, there was an expectation to provide an Open Enrollment tool for customers.
I led the team in developing a dynamic Open Enrollment tool that could be customized for any client with minimal technical work.
Problem Obsession and User Insights
Through my research, I created a plan to not only design the product according to specifications but also to allow our customer success teams to set up the open enrollment tool in the future without needing development assistance.
Our key results would be first site built and time and cost to create the next branded website. Based on the financial analysis, I predicted that we would break even in our first year with our sales projections and pricing.
